Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule in the case of an emergency to the discretion of the service provider, otherwise appointments/deposits are nontransferable. Your deposit is non-refundable. Late Arrivals: A late fee in the amount of $10.00 will be assessed for all arrivals 10 minutes after start time. Your appointment will be cancelled 15 minutes after start time and all deposits are non-refundable. *Please note that these policies are in place to respect the time of all scheduled clients and that of the beauty professional.
